After a long wait and a lot of difficulties for local residents, NI Water is scheduled to commence work on an essential flood alleviation scheme at the end of July 2015 in order to upgrade the sewerage network within the Donaghadee area.
The work will be carried out in the vicinity of the High Bangor Road, Newtownards Road and Moat Street. The construction work will include the relaying/relining of sewers within gardens and also on the public road.
If this affects you then you might like to attend a ‘drop-in’ information session at the Donaghadee Community Centre, 12 Railway Street, on Wednesday 29 July from 4pm-7pm.
Members of NI Water project team will be available during this time to provide information on the project and discuss any issues or concerns local residents or business owners may have. Everyone is welcome to attend.
